It has a "magic" x-ray machine which lets you see inside your kid, plug in the "stethoscope" and listen to the heartbeat of your kid and monitor the moving "readout", use the syringe to give your "kid" a shot of imagicillin, weigh your baby on the adjustable scale, use the blood pressure cuff and guage to get a polypressure reading (this reveals the mood of your kid).
